      Dear Winslow, I'm a big Al Wilson fan too and
always
wondered how he got that note in "On The Road Again "
.
There's no way it's an overblow because of the smooth
bend
up to it . Plus the pitch is on (Owl was pretty
meticulous) . The 
thickness of the tone assure me it's a custom tuned
harp
w/ the 6th hole draw raised a half step to enable the
raised
9th (the note Hendrix was so fond of) .
