There used to be a tab of it on Dave Gage's site, which is sadly now a paid access site.  (I contributed some of the tabs there...where's my free subscription, eh?)  Anyway, his tab was to play it in 3rd position, which sounds very jazzy and thus very accurate.  I always found it to be a difficult tune though.  You need very good control of the 6 draw bend (particularly the "pre-bend") to play it in that position.
