Thanks for your interest in Fletch and thanks for getting in touch
directly and letting me know about this before broadcasting it to the
list.

Angelfire.com is a little quirky and sometimes does what you describe.
It has nothing to do with Windows. Now that you've let me know this is
happening I will contact Angelfire and try to get them to resolve it.

The way around their flaky message is to go back to the link point,
click again, and the window will come up. In fact this just takes you
to another place on the same page.
