RE: [Harp-L] What makes Gindick a great teacher

Iceman,

I'm not sure how this all works as far as nominating someone for that award,
but I'm all for it as Jon has helped in many ways that demonstrate that he
in genuinely interested in teaching rather than just the bottom dollar.
Dennis Greunling started when he was given one of Jon's early books/tapes by
a relative, I'm sure there's tons of similar backing from well known names
as yourself and Dennis. What I'm getting to, is if any sort of petition is
required, I'm sure there are many like myself who would be anxious/eager to
sign or write testimonials for Jon.

<<What a cool idea to recognize the guy who got so many of us started.>>

Yes, let's not wait to give him a posthumous award......
Also - correction
The "other" beginning harmonica book was written by Tony "Little Sun"
Glover, not Sonny Glover as I had originally posted. The Iceman
