I just received an adapter from jt30.com (no affiliation) that lets me use a standard guitar cord/instrument cable with my late model (xlr) jt30 style (hi-z) microphone. (Note: this adapter is not for use with a low-z xlr microphone like an SM57 or 58). Very handy device!

Hello John :

Nice piece of info could you provide a URL link ? I have an old " American " chrome bullet circa 1954 and this would be a nice addition to my quiver of chords since now I am also playing guitar and  have plenty of 1/4 ended chords .
