Bob, the currently made Electro-Harmonix Deluxe Memory Man is a 
delay/echo pedal advertised as analog (around $200 new).  If you live 
in a place where you can try it out, do it.  I think a lot of these 
catalog/internet companies allow you to return stuff if you don't like
