70% has too much water.. you have to be careful not to soak too long before
brushing or small amounts of rust will eventually form.

All I had on hand was the 70%. worked great. I used a soft bristled toothbrush (after soaking the reeds for awhile) and the harp looks and plays like new.

Will 70% isopropyl alcohol work as well ? I can't find the 90%. Or, maybe
