Subject: [Harp-L] wireless system recommendations?

Can anyone recommend a good wireless system for harp performing? what do you
like and why?

I use a Sennheiser wireless lapel mic. Not the cheapest but I love it.
In the past, I have clipped the mic to my clothing and I have also cupped it in my hand with the harp. I currently have it built into my harp rack.
It has three (manually selectable) UHF frequencies to avoid interference from other equipment.
The receiver has both RF and Audio signal-strength...bars on a lighted liquid-crystal screen..
The receiver has two antennas and RF front-ends to avoid dead spots. It instantly and automatically selects the strongest RF signal. I've never found a dead spot.
The receiver has a pot-adjustable output line level.
The belt-clip transmitter has two audio gain settings.
The transmitter has inputs for electret mic and line level inputs (tip and sleeve on a 1/8" jack) that work at the same time.
I use the mic input for my racked harp and the line input for my guitar, mixing and sending both instruments over the same UHF link. There is no mention of this in their manual or ads but it works.
This setup is hi-fi. If you want distortions or other audio effects, you must add them downstream of the receiver.

I run the receiver output into a little Roland AC-60 amp that has reverb, delay, and chorusing effects. I can get a nice sound that partially makes up for not being able to cup the racked harp in my hands.

My rig is several years old so I am not fully informed on what is currently available.
