Doesn't BMI of a similar org. do the same thing here in the good ole USA?
Seems as though they get money from clubs who have juke boxes as well.Not
real sure how it works but it seems as though if the club uses live acts or
juke boxes to entertain for profit they owe.

'Performing Rights Society' doesn't sound very official. It sounds home
made. I would tell the guy I was from the 'When was the last time you
were punched really really hard in the face society' and guage the
reaction.
