Yeah! I llived in Charlottesville in the early 80's, saw Muddy at a little dive called the Mine Shaft. Great college town, Dave Matthews Band was being born right around then in c-ville....

Talking about small cities, I mentioned Harrisburg, another is Columbus, Ohio. They've got a GREAT bar there called Blues Station, I saw a number of great national acts there last year (Lockwood Jr, Ronnie Brooks, etc). They have a great jam, great staff, excellent atmosphere. And that's where Buckeye is held too.
