I used a Beyer M260 ribbon mic(or it might have been M60...I forget!) for many years... I bought it new in 1965!... It was excellent... Eventually it fell to bits and I have not even seen one since...These days I use a JT-30 "Crystal Balls"... The built in volume control is very useful. Best wishes John Walden London England
