He's playing a D harp. LO's assist players by designating first and second positions on the left and right sides of the harp. This picture shows the right side, and, therefore, second position. On the other side there's a corresponding "1st D" label. On the front there's a label for the key of the harp. :-)now, i don't play LO's, but isn't a minor harp? (natural or harmonic, i dunno). i think the major key harps are labeled in 1st position,
