I haven't conferred with Uncle Winslow yet, but I'm sure we'll be
calling it active mouth vibrato.  :-)

I don't know what tongue vibrato is.   I do know that very few people
use the same type of vibrato as I do.  Not trying to make an
"elitest" comment, I just haven't heard it...
