Gotta go with Pat on this one 'Slo
Majority of the tune is definitely on a D harp in A minor
3rd position on a G w/o bends just does not get the bite on the b7th & b3rd
I think that there is some 3rd pos soloing later in the tune on the extended dance mix though.

I don't hear that feeling of finality at all on the Dm chord. What I
hear is a simple tonic to subdominant vamp in a minor key. The
presence of a dominant chord rooted on E at the "come on, come on" bit
further confirms the Am tonality to my ears.
