Yeah Robb, you hit it on the head. We all have our influences and so did the 
masters. The trail has been blazed and that's why we're all on it in the first 
place, picking and choosing what moves us enough to imitate and then 'making 
it our own' us as we go. For time immemorial that's been the case. Luckily 
enough, there are always those among us who find a new way to trail blaze with 
new ideas and new techniques. I figure just about everyone sounded like someone 
else along the way, but what it's all about is where we go from there. Here's 
to the trailblazers.

BTW, I've been on harp-l for a while, and for those who seem to think it's 
still a big issue, it's been a long time since I've seen anybody outright dis 
Popper on this list or anywhere else.

Stay on the path but keep lookin in the weeds.
