The best advice is not to do it.  You need to concentrate on the driving.  I 
suppose it's just about OK if you're stuck in non-moving gridlock.  One tiny 
distraction on the move can kill someone's friend/child/mother/lover.  I 
used to play while driving but had one or two unnecessary close scrapes, so 
now I'm cured.  Put Little Walter on the stereo instead!
