[Harp-L] Jimmy Forrest Bolo Blues charts

Anybody have a source of charts, lead sheets sheet music for Jimmy Forrest's 
"Bolo Blues" which apears as first track on the CD "Out of the Forrest"?  



(Jimmy Forrest was the guy who wrote "Night Train" on the basis of 
Ellington's "Happy Go Lucky Local"  BTW)

I think Bob Porter used to use "Bolo Blues" as his them for a NPR radio show 
called  "Portraits in Blue" more than a decade ago.
