Yeah you did: "Ever notice that
musicans with odd instruments are usually terrible?"

Well, chances are you'll get neither. However, if Bernard showed up w/
the drums and left the boxes at home I'd be happy. Maybe Joe could let
Bernard use his drums on a couple of cuts.

Who's Rosco?

those that can not do it on regular ones. Why else would they alter
it? This often means they can not cut it as a "real" musician because
they are lazy or need things to be easier... of course there ARE
exceptions. ie: the maestro Richard Hunter

What many? I'd say the opposite is true- that ONLY a certain elite is
playing altered harps. What altered harps are there for "lazy" harp
players? Chris, I'm not talking about those harps in the kids' section
of stores that have pre- recorded tracks when you press a button. I'm
talking about harps that you have to actually play. Seriously- what on
earth are you talking about?

I never said that overblows don't sound as good, I said I could always
hear them, same as bends. As for only other harmonica players
mentioning "that issue", well, this is harp-L, so you're going to get
a lot of harmonica players commenting.

>What really matters is what the audience thinks and I've

Too bad, then you'd know someone was really listening.

I'm pretty sure you're being sarcastic here, so I won't take your
slide from "Avenger to the downtrodden" to becoming a member of a
super duper-elitest club seriously.
