Iceman, in theory, I agree with you about using positive language. But I don't see that the term "to force yourself" as negative. I see effort and work as a good thing because it brings fast results.


"exploring the new world of TB" would not work for me for TBing as TBing requires substancial effort and
unless I forced myself to do it all the time I would just fiddle with it for a while and eventually wander to something else. To me forcing means "no more procrastination". It means it is my primary goal.

I'm a strong advocate for changing the way you speakthink to yourself as a means to achieving your goal faster.

"Forcing yourself" to do anything "feels" negative and difficult. Reframe
this if you can into "exploring the new world of TB". Get excited about it rather
than having it become something you "have to do in order to finish your
homework before you can go out to play".


Remember, the best players make it look effortless and fun.
