The only way to do this is to do it. You will learn everything you need to know through the experience. If you wait until you feel you are "ready" or "experienced enough", you will delay your own development.

You can't learn to swim by practicing on the living room floor. You've got to jump in the water. Sure, you might get a nose full of water at first, but what other way is there?
