Hi Ludo,
I'm not sure of the exact model, but it is one with a piano setup and he
first recorded using it on the early 70's Muddy Waters LP, "Live At Mister
Kelley's," on a tune called "Mudcat," on the intro and the ending choruses,
and it was a retitled version of Jimmy Smith's "Chicken Shack," the tune
that the band brought Muddy on the stage with. He just played it straight
thru the PA with no effects.
