My opinion: It's not worth it.

 Obvious safety risk with a heavy disadvantage/advantage ratio. Besides 
possibly killing or maiming someone......

 It's hard on your harps. With road noise, stereo cranked, etc. you 
blow(draw) too hard trying to hear yourself. Every time I've broken a 5 
draw reed it's been in the truck.
 Ingrains bad habits- blowing too hard, playing sloppy, in the end you're 
not helping yourself.

The time would be much better served learning words and practicing 
singing, ingraining the groove and listening for details you missed last 
time. Every time I listen to LW or (insert current favorite here) I hear 
something I didn't before, as long as I'm not playing along.
