In electronics I use Isopropyl Rubbking Alcohol 
to remove solder flux, but it's not meant to go 
in your mouth.

So for a harmonica, you might also try using any 
strong alcohol (booze) like 151 Rum, Tequila, 
Vodka, Gin, Whisky, etc.  

It might even add some new flavor to your music!  ;)
