not true. 11 5ths above (or, 12 position) is really a
FOURTH below the key of the harp. i don't know why
this is, but if you are moving clockwise, the notes go
up one FIFTH at a time. if you are moving
COUNTERclockwise, they go down a FOURTH at a time. (or
maybe it's up, i don't know up from down, but i know a
5th from a 4th... ;)
