They already have that - just push a button and immediately the best music
on the planet comes out.  It's called a "CD PLAYER".

Having tone is just part of the equation.  Even if there were a box that
could make your notes (individually) SOUND like Little Walter, there's still
the matter of CHOOSING and PLAYING notes like LW did.  LW had excellent
taste, a great (functional) understanding of music theory and practice, and
*taste*.  He knew about microtones and used them extensively.  Any automated
device of this nature would probably include a pitch corrector, which would
actually defeat microtones ansd hgive the music a "mechanical" feel unless
used *very* judiciously (sparingly).
