Suzuki Pipe Humming

First, congratulations to Harp-L. We're finally back.
Wish you all a very happy and healthy Holidays and
2003!

I recently received a package of fully customized
chromatic and diatonic harps from Larry
(lbrodericks@xxxxxxxxx)

The chroms and the diats are all a hundred times
better than any stocks I'[ve played. I was also
offered a tweaked PH or Overdrive in the same
packagefor only $39 so I grabbed that as well.

The PH plays beautifully and is surely a very
ingenious design, with the reeds-comb combo sliding in
and out conveniently from a single piece of
chromeplated housing. Larry told me he or his partners
are in the process of writing a booklet on how best to
play the PH and the Overdrive. He made a variety of
suggestions on best playing the PH.

As the PH is essentially for vibrato playing, although
it's great for other styles, my question is: Any of
you playing the PH (or Overdrive)? Any suggestions as
to playing techniques or any website on the PH? I've
played diatonics for years, but I'd love to really
master this particular harp as I find a few clear
merits, although too early to perform with it.

Thanks a lot,
Joe
