Hi Gang!

Seems we're up and running again.  I suggest we save the bandwidth and await
an explanation from Chris P. on what happened to Harp-L this weekend, as I'm
sure will be forthcoming.  Also, you may want to wait a bit before resending
any messages you fear were lost, because sometimes when these things happen,
"lost" mail comes through in droves, having never really been lost in the 
system.  I would also not pester Chris either, as I'm sure he's as frustrated
as the rest of us and is busy enough getting us back on track.  Thanks, C.P.
