Building one is simple - a metal box, a 10:1 turns ratio microphone
transformer, and connectors.

Or you could change the connector on your mic to an XLR.  Ground one of the
balanced pins unless your mic has 2 wires plus a shield, in which case you
can just wire it standard balanced.  What kind of mic are you using?
