Young whippersnappers

Hi.
I'm 20, and have been playing for about, say four years.
I think the Popper's influence is being felt by the younger generation,
as a few high school kids that I know are buying the things, playin g
them a little bit, and then tossing them because they can't sound like him.
Personally I think the guy is amazing, but I can't listen to him for very
long because he uses the same licks all the time.
I think he's done his best stuff in guest shots, such as the Dave
Matthews Band's What Would You Say, and the Colonel Bruce Hampton and the
Aquarium Rescue Unit cut he did.
My hero, however, is Howard Levy. I've tried to get some other players
into him, but for some reason they don't like the Flecktones.
Which leads me to end my prattling and ask some questions:

What is Howard doing now?
DOes he have any future plans of interest?

And, a completely unrelated one:
DOes anyone hve the Frank Zappa albums "Joe's Garage?"
I think the harp player's name on"Crew Slut" is Craig Steward.
DOes anyone know what else he's done?
I think he was on "Man from Utopia" as well.
If anyone can answer these, I'd be delighted.
