Barry,
	Is CTI the same as CAD (Conneaut Audio Devices)? They are the
manufacturers of Astatic. For that matter is the BB/JT30 
the same mic as my CAD HM50VC? It is a crystal mic, 30-8Khz, omni, 
50 megohm impedance, 241gms, with a volume control and XLR jack installed 
at the factory. I have really been enjoying playing with it. I am curious 
to know if anyone else has tried it or if it is the same as the other 
similar looking mics. It sounds almost identical to my Brown Biscuit.
