Richard, Hugh, I don't know exactly what's hitting what in regard to the clicking slide on the Super 64, but it comes and goes with mine. I usually get around it by making minute adjustments in the tension of the mouthpiece screws. Try a shade less - or a shade more - torque on the right screw. Jack Getz
