which chromatic

I'm thinking about getting a new chromatic but I don't know which one.
Maybe(!) some of you kind Harp-L people have opinions. I've got an old
Chrometta which I don't like a whole lot. This is due to the massive
holes, large uncomfortable feel and general shoddy design and parts.
I also don't like wood or $700 lucite combs, so that eliminates a good
portion of the choices. So I guess I'm looking at (in Kevin's catalog):

(1) 64 Chromonica
(2) Larry Adler
(3) Super 64 Chromonica
(4) Super 64X
(5) CX-12
(6) Huang Professional 1248
(7) Suzuki Leghorn

In the catalog, numbers 2, 3 and 4 are listed as having 16 holes and
48 reeds. Can someone confirm this is a misprint or are there really
only 3 reeds per hole?

I've heard (here) that the CX-12 is probably the most overpriced
instrument in the harmonica world, so unless someone can tell me
from personal experience that it is actually a much better harp,
I'll probably cross that off the list.

The catalog doesn't say a whole lot about the Huang and Suzuki harps.
Anyone know what the combs are made of? Any other comments on these
guys? I like the Suzuki valved diatonic but who knows how that maps
to a chromatic?

Other than that, what are the differences? The 64 Chromonica, Larry
Adler and the Super 64 Chromonica seem pretty similar (assuming a
misprint). What are the differences? And why is a Super 64X $75 more?

There may be a million mike/amp combinations, but at least you can
try them all before you buy one. With an average price around $100,
I don't want to play hit or miss. (I wanna play chromatic harp!)

Thanks in advance.
