The 8 hole can be blow bent. I'm not sure of the exact note you get sitting here in my office. I'd have to get my cheat sheet in the car. You may be doing something like "overbending"?? Howard Levy has developed the over blow technique and it may also be done with an over bend. I'm not that advanced yet (ha). I'm happy draw and blow bending where and when I can. Jim
