Could someone PLEASE explain...

What 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th position mean on the harp? Let's say, for
example, that I have a D harp, I know that 2nd position is a perfect 5th above
that, or A. Could someone explain the rest? I don't know if it was covered
in the FAQ, and if it is, sorry....I just didn't see it...

Also, a tidbit of information...I found that if you are playing with a
guitarist, who wants to play in a minor key, just find the relative major, and
you go up a perfect 4th from that, and you have which key harp you would want
for playing 2nd position cross harp. Anyone else find something different?
